Shipping Information

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 days excluding weekends or holidays.  In the case of a delay we will contact you.  We use Canada Post to ship from Victoria BC.  Expedited shipping within Canada 1-3 days 6-10 to the US for a flat rate of $10 and complimentary shipping on orders over $100.  To keep shipping costs low for you, there are no tracking numbers provided. Occasionally there may be hold-ups at customs resulting in longer shipping times. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer (beyond our control).
 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the botanical nature of our products, all sales are final. We recommend that you try our products before purchasing large quantities to ensure satisfaction. If an item is damaged, lost in shipping or defective due to an issue on our end, we will replace or offer a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
