Shipping Information

All orders are carefully packed and shipped using the most efficient and cost-effective courier available. We work with Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Canpar, Canada Post, depending on your location and the best available rate at the time of shipping.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $18 CAD on all Canadian orders under $200

• Free Canadian Shipping: Complimentary shipping on Canadian orders over $200

• Tracking: All orders include tracking.

• Delivery Times: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

UNITED STATES

Orders to the United States are shipped using tracked courier services, typically FedEx International Connect or UPS, depending on the destination and the most appropriate shipping option available at the time of shipment.

We select the carrier that offers the best balance of reliability, transit time, and value for your order.

Orders may qualify for preferential treatment under CUSMA (Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement) where applicable. Any duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees assessed by U.S. Customs remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Once a shipment has entered the carrier and customs network, delivery times and customs processing are beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL

We are pleased to ship internationally whenever possible.

Because shipping regulations vary by country, customers outside Canada and the United States are asked to contact us before placing an order.

We will recommend the most appropriate courier and provide a personalized shipping quote based on your destination.

Duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We encourage customers who are new to Flore Botanical Alchemy to begin with our Discovery Sets when exploring our fragrances.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
