Invoking rejuvenation and a sense of spirit while bringing clarity to the mind and renewal of the body of nourishing coconut oil, hand harvested both essential mineral rich Vancouver Island warming glacier Marine Clay and sea salt, Dead Sea and Epson salt laced with essential oils for a refreshingly aromatic and tranquil forest bath. “Forest bathing”, also known as “shinrin-yoku” in Japanese is the practice of taking in the forest atmosphere or ” forest bathing”. Opening your senses, connecting to nature while breathing in its’ essences, lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, reduces stress hormone production, boosts the immune system, and improves overall feelings of well-being.

RITUAL: add a handful of soak into running water of candle lit bath, mix around in water, soak for at least 20 minutes. Be sure to stay hydrated.
