• Applications Methods & Use

  • Diffuser: 30-minute sessions 2-3 times a day. Ambience, to taste. ( keep in mind our sense of smell will get used to the smell over a few hours so recommended to take short breaks. Most ultrasonic diffusers have a timer.)

  • do not apply pure undiluted essential oils on skin. Always add to a carrier oil or pure alcohol.
